Start with evidence
I listen to users, study the workflow, and separate the visible symptom from the constraint worth solving.
AI product management · responsible AI
I am an AI Product Manager with a foundation in software development and the operating experience of a founder. I turn complex user, model, and business requirements into responsible products that people can trust and organizations can scale.
Open to hands-on AI product roles in startups and mission-driven teams where I can build, learn, and create visible change.
How I work
My best work happens when the problem matters, the path is unclear, and a team needs evidence, direction, and momentum.
I listen to users, study the workflow, and separate the visible symptom from the constraint worth solving.
I connect experience, model behavior, data, operations, economics, and responsible-use boundaries.
I make trade-offs visible, test the riskiest assumption, and leave durable ownership behind.
My story
Five chapters explain why I look beyond features to users, evidence, model behavior, and operating context.
Developer
Writing software taught me how products are made. Watching some become useful while others went untouched taught me that technology succeeds only when it fits the user, the operating environment, the economics, and the consequences of being wrong.
2017–2021 · SochWare
I co-founded SochWare in Nepal, helped grow the team from four to more than forty-five people, and contributed to 45+ products. Building across agriculture, healthcare, education, and civic services trained me to enter unfamiliar systems and learn quickly.
2018 · E-Agrovet
I led an AI product that helped farmers identify crop disease from a smartphone photo and reach expert support. It served hundreds of farmers and won the Microsoft Imagine Cup 2018 World Artificial Intelligence Award.
2022–2024 · Product systems
At CloudFactory, Yarsa Tech, and YHH, I worked across AI data operations, hardware, commerce, and organizational change—connecting discovery, roadmaps, delivery, economics, and durable ownership.
Now · Applied and responsible AI
My recent work includes accessible audio AI, a research agent with human review, cybersecurity learning for 1,500+ government employees, and a 1,400-response study of LLM sycophancy and truthfulness.
The short version ends here. The full story includes the decisions and lessons behind the work.

Product transformation, accessible AI, trustworthy-AI evaluation, and practical AI for farmers.
Product transformation
A startup needed more than a roadmap. I began with 164 interviews, reset the product system, and helped turn learning into two commerce platforms.
Human-centered AI
I led a mobile MVP that translated critical environmental sounds into visual and haptic alerts without treating every sound as equally urgent.
Trustworthy AI research
I designed a repeatable evaluation across multi-turn pressure, combining transparent rules with model-assisted judgment and responsible-AI controls.
Accessible applied AI
The product combined image classification, low-bandwidth access, and expert escalation so farmers could move from a photo to a practical next step.
What comes next
I’m looking for hands-on AI product opportunities in startups and mission-driven teams where I can stay close to users, partner deeply with technical teams, and make visible change.
